Use of NOCO Logos

NOCO has established guidelines for usage of its corporate logo and other brand identity elements. In order for us to achieve maximum brand recognition, we ask that you follow these guidelines carefully.

You may download NOCO corporate logos in conjunction with websites, flyers and catalogs, provided that the following guidelines are adhered to:

1. Your use may not be obscene or pornographic, and may not be disparaging, defamatory, or libelous to NOCO, any of its products, or any other person or entity.
2. Your use may not directly or indirectly imply NOCO sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your product or service.
3. You may not alter the NOCO logo’s in any manner, including size, proportions, colors, elements, and so forth, or animate, morph, or otherwise distort its perspective or appearance.
4. Your use may not infringe any NOCO intellectual property or other rights, may not violate any state or federal laws, and must comply with international IP laws.
5. You may not present false or misleading information about NOCO battery products.
6. No other logo or design element should appear within 0.50” of a NOCO logo.
7. These guidelines do not grant permission to use any other NOCO logos or trademarks. NOCO reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify your permission to display the web logo at any time.
8. NOCO disclaims all warranties, express and implied, regarding the logo(s), including warranties against infringement. You agree to indemnify NOCO from against any and all claims and liabilities arising out of your use of the logo(s).
